The Broad Oak Process

Great gardens rarely happen by accident. They are the result of good garden design and expert landscaping skills. At Broad oak we take the following steps to ensure excellent service and customer satisfaction.

Process One: Design & Build

• A consultation visit to discuss your requirements. Free, if within a 20 mile radius of Bolton. Don't be apprehensive if you don't have a clear idea of what you want I will have lots of ideas and hopefully you will find our excellent portfolio full of inspiration.
• Survey of your garden. This includes dimensions, levels, and assessment of your soil type for planting purposes. We will also take note of all existing features, shrubs, trees etc.
• Production and submission of provisional designs.
• A further meeting to discuss provisional drawings.
• Production of final design together with a quotation for the landscaping work.
• Agreement on quote and start date.
• Our own experienced team of landscapers will move in and transform your garden!

Process Two: Specific Landscaping Work

• A consultation visit to discuss requirements.
• Measurements.
• Submission of quote.
• Agreement on quote and start date.
• Start landscaping work.
